This Submission Policy applies to demos, music files, audiovisual works, treatments, pitch decks, concepts, proposals, catalogs, rights information, royalty summaries, business materials, marketing ideas, and other submissions sent to Luna Studios through the Site.
1. NO CONFIDENTIALITY BY DEFAULT
Unless Luna Studios expressly agrees otherwise in a separate signed writing, submissions made through the Site are not deemed confidential, privileged, or proprietary as against Luna Studios merely because you label them confidential.
2. RIGHTS CLEARANCE
By submitting material, you represent and warrant that you own or control the necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that Luna Studios’ receipt, review, internal circulation, and evaluation of the submission will not infringe any third-party rights.
3. NO OBLIGATION TO REVIEW OR RESPOND
Luna Studios is under no obligation to review, acknowledge, respond to, return, store indefinitely, or compensate you for any submission.
4. SIMILARITY OF MATERIALS
Luna Studios, its clients, artists, writers, producers, contractors, and partners may already be developing or may later develop materials similar to your submission. By sending unsolicited material, you acknowledge that similarity alone does not create liability.
5. BUSINESS EVALUATION USE
You authorize Luna Studios to receive, review, copy internally, store, transmit internally, and evaluate submissions for business, creative, operational, legal, and administrative purposes.
6. NO RELATIONSHIP CREATED
Submission of material does not create a management, label, publishing, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint venture, or attorney-client relationship.
7. REMOVAL REQUESTS
If you want us to delete a submission from general intake systems, contact [email protected]. We may retain certain records where necessary for legal, compliance, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes.
