Client Portal, Dashboard, Checkout Supplemental

These supplemental terms apply to any account, client portal, dashboard, or checkout function made available through the Site.

1. ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

2. ACCESS CONTROLS

Luna Studios may suspend, restrict, or revoke access to a portal or dashboard at any time for security, operational, contractual, legal, or administrative reasons.

3. PORTAL CONTENT

Documents, statements, files, links, data, reports, invoices, analytics, materials, and communications made available in a client portal are provided subject to applicable agreements and may contain confidential or proprietary information.

You may not share portal access or portal materials except as authorized.

4. PAYMENTS

Any purchase, deposit, or paid booking completed through Site checkout is subject to the Terms and Conditions, any applicable proposal or service agreement, and any payment processor terms.

5. SECURITY

You must notify Luna Studios promptly if you believe your account or portal has been compromised.

6. NO SYSTEM WARRANTY

Portal, dashboard, and checkout systems are provided on an “as available” basis. Luna Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent file availability, or error-free functionality.

7. RECORDS

Luna Studios may maintain logs, records, and account history relating to portal access, submissions, communications, downloads, and payments for legal, operational, audit, and security purposes.
