The website is operated within the Luna x Studios group by L'Una Music Group LLC in the United States, with support from L'Una Studios LTDA in Brazil. The entity responsible for a specific paid service or business relationship will be identified in the applicable order, agreement, invoice, or service notice.
These Terms apply only to the public corporate website and general communications initiated through it. A Luna x Studios product, portal, subdomain, submission process, promotion, contest, or service may publish separate terms. A signed agreement controls over these Terms for the subject matter it expressly covers.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Website content and intellectual property
The website and its design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, software, interfaces, compilations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the applicable Luna x Studios entity and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, scrape, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, remove rights notices from, or create derivative works from website content unless applicable law permits it or we authorize it in writing.
Names and marks belonging to artists, writers, labels, platforms, partners, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship, representation, or affiliation.

6. Governing law and disputes
For matters involving L'Una Music Group LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory law, courts located in Georgia have jurisdiction.
For matters expressly administered by L'Una Studios LTDA, Brazilian law applies and, subject to mandatory consumer or statutory venue rights, courts in Goiânia, Goiás have jurisdiction. If a separate agreement identifies another entity, law, venue, or dispute process, that agreement controls for the covered relationship.
Before filing a formal claim, the parties should send written notice describing the issue and attempt in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days, unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary. Mandatory privacy, consumer, employment, and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
General terms
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Headings are for convenience only.

We may update these Terms to reflect website, operational, or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
