1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser and returned to a website. Local storage and session storage can remember information without sending it with every request. Pixels, tags, scripts, SDKs, and device signals can also support page delivery, security, preferences, measurement, embedded content, or advertising. This policy refers to them together as browser technologies.

Optional Spotify and Instagram embeds remain inactive until a visitor chooses to load them. The analytics prompt offers equally accessible Accept and Reject controls. Google Analytics is not loaded before acceptance. The cookie icon reopens analytics preferences; withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible first-party GA cookies. This control does not manage all third-party embed storage.
3. Remote resources and external destinations
The website currently requests a font stylesheet and font files from Google Fonts and a browser-delivered styling script from Tailwind CSS's content-delivery service. Like any web server returning a requested file, those providers receive standard network data needed to complete the request, which can include IP address, browser or device information, requested resource, referring page, and timestamp.
These resource requests are not configured by Luna x Studios for analytics or advertising. Provider processing, retention, and any provider-side technology are governed by the provider's own terms and privacy notices.
The homepage and Playlists page display locally stored Spotify playlist covers. If you select one, your browser requests Spotify's embedded player; Spotify may then use cookies, local storage, device information, and related technologies under its own terms and privacy notices. The website also contains ordinary links to Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, affiliated Luna x Studios websites, and other external services, which may apply their own technologies after you choose to visit them.
4. Your browser controls
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all browser storage can affect sites that need it for sign-in, security, saved choices, media, or other requested functions. Clearing browser data removes saved choices for the affected sites and may cause them to request consent again.
Browser privacy features, content blockers, and recognized opt-out preference signals may provide additional control. This public website does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not currently activate marketing technology.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if its forms, embeds, providers, or storage change, or analytics or advertising is introduced. The date above identifies the current version.

Current preferences, media, and legal references
Local-storage keys luna-site-language and luna-site-theme remember your choices. Clearing browser site data resets them; these choices are not consent to advertising. Google Fonts is requested across the site; blocking cookies does not prevent remote font requests.
When configured, Turnstile loads on the contact page for abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Provider cookies and retention depend on the deployed configuration; no fixed inventory is asserted here.
Spotify loads from playlist controls or the footer button, and Instagram from the CEO letter's load control. You can leave them unloaded. Reloading without selecting those controls stops further embed loading; clear provider site data separately to remove previously stored data. A load button is not blanket consent to all tracking. Separate analytics and marketing consent choices control Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Relevant European rules include Directive 2002/58/EC, Article 5(3), as amended and implemented nationally, and the GDPR. Optional storage or access requiring consent must not activate before valid consent; necessary exceptions are limited by applicable law.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and usage for property G-3EBNSH1H9C. Google processes network and device information and analytics identifiers under its own policies. We do not intentionally send contact form contents or personal identifiers. Our page-view configuration excludes query strings and URL fragments. Advertising consent remains denied and Google signals are disabled in the website configuration. Consent is stored locally for up to 180 days; rejection leaves the site available. Changing the choice cannot erase data already received by Google.
Provider details: Google Privacy Policy. Analytics collection is disabled for local file previews and non-production hosts. Retention and enhanced-measurement settings must also be reviewed in the Analytics account.
